Ingemat, dedicated to the design, construction, assembly and set up of automatic installations, ratifies the following Declaration of Principles:
Ingemat has defined and maintains a Quality Policy oriented towards the continuous improvement, the satisfaction of its internal / external clients, as well as the rest of the stakeholders (suppliers, shareholders, community and employees) and based on the team work and the Principles of Excellence in Management, which serves as a framework for setting and reviewing the objectives and goals established by the organization.
Since its beginning, Ingemat has focused its efforts towards achieving the full satisfaction of its customers. In order to achieve this fundamental objective, a commitment has been made by the entire organization to carry out the fundamental principles and ideas that constitute our Quality Policy, committing ourselves to meet the requirements and continuously improve the efficiency of the Quality Management System.
For this reason, the level of Quality assured by the company evolves as the demands of its customers and the efficiency of the competition.
Priority and Continuous activities are those that contribute to:
- Orient all efforts in the prevention of failures against the detection of them.
- Implementation of the plan and continuous evaluation.
- Achieve a Total Quality Philosophy as a concept of "continuous improvement".
This statement is known and maintained by all levels of the Ingemat organization and is available to any stakeholder.
