We work both directly for OEMs as well as for Tier-1 and integrators, being our scope the design, fabrication, adjustment and commissioning of assembly lines of different Body in White components, both in steel and aluminum, with processes that include joining technologies such as welding (spot welding, arc welding, laser), hemming, bonding, clinching, riveting, etc. Closures are our specialty (doors, hoods, tailgates, roofs, wheelhouses, etc) thanks to our deep know-how and our experience in the hemming process. Ingemat also counts on a wide experience in the design and assembly of production cells for Upperbody and Underbody components such as pillars, cross beams, front beams, reinforcements, etc.
Thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of its founders and the commitment of the Project’s staff, Ingemat, that offers its services in Europe, Asia, America and Africa, with a subsidiary in Mexico and with sales and after-sales Services in China and Mercosur; has successfully developed projects in more than 25 countries, having delivered over 600 hemming systems worldwide since its foundation, becoming an international benchmark within the automotive sector.
